Esta disposici\u00f3n crear\u00e1 condiciones favorables para la ardua transici\u00f3n nacional hacia la neutralidad de carbono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cLa continua disminuci\u00f3n de los costos de generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica con energ\u00eda solar y el abaratamiento de los sistemas de almacenamiento (bater\u00edas) garantizan un camino de producci\u00f3n estable\u201d, se afirm\u00f3 en el Foro sobre Almacenamiento de Energ\u00eda Fotovoltaica, celebrado en Beijing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Este foro se celebr\u00f3 dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la IX Reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 Central de Asuntos Financieros y Econ\u00f3micos, presidida por Xi Jinping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Un comunicado de prensa emitido despu\u00e9s de la reuni\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cChina construir\u00e1 un sistema energ\u00e9tico limpio, bajo en carbono, seguro y eficiente, controlar\u00e1 el uso de combustibles f\u00f3siles y tomar\u00e1 medidas para cambiar a fuentes de energ\u00eda alternativas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n en la Cumbre de Ambici\u00f3n Clim\u00e1tica, celebrada a trav\u00e9s de un enlace de v\u00eddeo el pasado 12 de diciembre, el presidente Xi anunci\u00f3 que China elevar\u00e1 para el 2030 su capacidad total instalada de energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica y solar a m\u00e1s de 1.200 gigawatts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cEl primer gran desaf\u00edo al que se enfrenta el nuevo desarrollo energ\u00e9tico es seguir bajando costes. Si bien el costo de la energ\u00eda solar sigue siendo el m\u00e1s bajo en comparaci\u00f3n con otros tipos de energ\u00edas renovables, su car\u00e1cter intermitente dificulta una aplicaci\u00f3n a gran escala\u201d, explic\u00f3 Chen Guoguang, presidente de la Unidad de Productos Fotovoltaicos Inteligentes de Huawei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cLa inevitable soluci\u00f3n para abordar el problema es combinar la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda fotovoltaica con el almacenamiento de esas energ\u00eda en bater\u00edas\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Hace una d\u00e9cada, Huawei comenz\u00f3 su negocio relacionado con el almacenamiento de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"630\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pulsecoder.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/dragon.png?resize=630%2C507&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1426\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pulsecoder.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/dragon.png?w=630&amp;ssl=1 630w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pulsecoder.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/dragon.png?resize=300%2C241&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" \/><figcaption>&lt;Pulse Coder Image File 2021&gt;<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Chen considera que si en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os se logra avanzar en la r\u00e1pida disminuci\u00f3n del costo del almacenamiento de bater\u00edas, y con el apoyo de las instalaciones de almacenamiento, el precio de suministrar 1 kilowatt-hora de electricidad desde el sistema del pa\u00eds podr\u00eda establecerse en 0.3 renminbi (4.6 centavos de d\u00f3lar), un costo menor que el precio actual de la energ\u00eda generada con carb\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Para entonces, el sistema de energ\u00eda solar dispondr\u00e1 de una salida estable y controlable, siendo capaz de reemplazar al sistema tradicional de suministro de electricidad. Esta nueva realidad ser\u00e1 fundamental para alcanzar la neutralidad de carbono antes del 2060.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Liu Wei, secretario general de la <em>Alianza China para el Almacenamiento de Energ\u00eda<\/em>, detall\u00f3 que en muchas regiones del pa\u00eds se ha estado promoviendo la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas instalaciones para el almacenamiento de la energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La base de datos de la Alianza China para el Almacenamiento de Energ\u00eda evidencia que la capacidad instalada de nuevos proyectos energ\u00e9ticos que se est\u00e1n construyendo ya ha alcanzado los 4 gigawatts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u201cDiecisiete regiones a nivel provincial han incluido la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos almacenamientos de energ\u00eda en su XIV Pla Quinquenal (2021-25) y en sus objetivos a largo plazo hasta el 2035\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Liu.
