Las empresas con uso responsable de IA generan 20% m\u00e1s ganancias en comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El\u00a0uso responsable de inteligencia artificial<\/strong>\u00a0(IA) en los negocios beneficia a\u00a0empresas<\/strong>\u00a0y organizaciones con presencia importante en el\u00a0comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>, las cuales\u00a0generan hasta 20% m\u00e1s ganancias<\/strong>\u00a0respecto a los modelos menos responsables de e-commerce, seg\u00fan especialistas de\u00a0Google<\/strong>. Asimismo, el\u00a0sector minorista presenta una evoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0en modelos de negocios gracias a su adecuada implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la\u00a0presentaci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0de\u00a0Tracy Frey<\/strong>\u00a0sobre el uso responsable de la IA, organizada por\u00a0Google Cloud<\/strong>\u00a0y enfocada al\u00a0cuidado e implementaci\u00f3n de la IA en \u00e1mbitos comerciales y sociales<\/strong>, el desarrollo y uso responsable de esta tecnolog\u00eda tiene un gran impacto en los negocios y en la evoluci\u00f3n del sector minorista; sin embargo,\u00a0enfrenta grandes retos y dificultades en cuanto a su confianza<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>\u00a0de profesionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La dificultad m\u00e1s grande que experimenta el uso de IA en este sector, es el\u00a0d\u00e9ficit de confianza en la IA<\/strong>\u00a0generado durante el\u00a0salto de la teor\u00eda a la pr\u00e1ctica en los modelos de negocios<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan\u00a0CCS Insights<\/strong>, firma de especialistas en servicio al cliente y estrategias de mercado, 90% de las organizaciones a nivel mundial han\u00a0encontrado problemas \u00e9ticos relacionados con la implementaci\u00f3n de IA<\/strong>, y 40%\u00a0abandon\u00f3 esta tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0a partir de dicha problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frey inform\u00f3, el\u00a0desconocimiento sobre el uso de la IA en los modelos de negocios increment\u00f3 las dudas y desconfianza sobre su implementaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, ya que este alto porcentaje de organizaciones y compa\u00f1\u00edas afectadas optaron por descartarla, y no buscaron asesor\u00eda ni soporte t\u00e9cnico respecto a c\u00f3mo\u00a0implementar los factores \u00e9ticos y humanitarios en su uso<\/strong>, por medio de\u00a0estrategias de aprendizaje<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pese a las dificultades \u00e9ticas y t\u00e9cnicas en el uso de esta tecnolog\u00eda, la implementaci\u00f3n de\u00a0machine learning<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n conocido como\u00a0aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico<\/strong>, rama de la IA que se enfoca en\u00a0generar aprendizaje a partir de informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por usuarios<\/strong>, en este caso\u00a0h\u00e1bitos de los consumidores<\/strong>, ha tenido \u00e9xito en el\u00a0sector minorista<\/strong>\u00a0debido a sus beneficios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre las principales aplicaciones de la IA se encuentran la\u00a0automatizaci\u00f3n de tareas relacionadas con servicio al cliente<\/strong>,ventas<\/strong>,\u00a0asistencia personalizada<\/strong>, recomendaciones basadas en\u00a0h\u00e1bitos y consultas<\/strong>\u00a0por parte de los consumidores, as\u00ed como\u00a0movimientos de mercado<\/strong>\u00a0en tiempo real. El\u00a0uso de Internet<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0aplicaciones m\u00f3viles<\/strong>\u00a0tienen un peso fundamental para crear el\u00a0entorno digital<\/strong>\u00a0que permite a la IA posicionarse en el\u00a0comercio electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>\u00a0y ofrecer sus\u00a0servicios personalizados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gracias a las\u00a0facilidades de operar a distancia<\/strong>, la situaci\u00f3n de\u00a0pandemia por Covid-19<\/strong>\u00a0ha incentivado el\u00a0uso y mejoramiento de la IA y machine learning<\/strong>\u00a0en los\u00a0negocios<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0sector minorista<\/strong>, sobre todo respecto a la\u00a0experiencia del cliente personalizada<\/strong>,\u00a0automatizaci\u00f3n de servicios<\/strong>, y\u00a0ventas online<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan el\u00a0estudio<\/a>\u00a0realizado por\u00a0Orian<\/strong>, empresa de investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica aplicada a los negocios, los principales\u00a0minoristas beneficiados por el uso de IA<\/strong>\u00a0durante la contingencia sanitaria son\u00a0IBM<\/strong>,\u00a0Microsoft<\/strong>,\u00a0Amazon<\/strong>,\u00a0Oracle<\/strong>,\u00a0Intel<\/strong>,\u00a0Nvidia<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0Google<\/strong>, mismos que esperan un\u00a0crecimiento significativo en sus cadenas de producci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0para 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
